Voice practice log

A simple way to keep a voice practice log: what to practice each day, a free printable chart, and an app that keeps the log for you.

A 25-minute voice practice routine

Body and breath (5 min)Stretch, relax the jaw and shoulders, and take slow, low breaths.
Warm-ups (5–10 min)Lip trills and sirens, then five-note scales on different vowels.
Songs (10–15 min)Speak the words in rhythm first; then sing a phrase at a time.
Cool down (2 min)Gentle hums or lip trills.

Stay hydrated, and stop if anything hurts: singing should never strain.
